Doğan Çimen was born in Ankara and has been working in the fields of information technologies and cybersecurity for many years. He is also continuing his education in the Management Information Systems department at Anadolu University. He holds certifications from Microsoft and IBM and is actively involved in information technology management and cybersecurity. Currently, he works as an Information Processing Specialist at Güneş & Güneş Law Office.
