Attorney İrem Tuğçe Çilingir was born in 1998 in Samsun. She completed her primary, secondary, and high school education in Antalya.
In 2022, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at Marmara University. During her studies at Marmara University, she participated in an Erasmus exchange program at the University of Bonn, Germany, in 2021.
She completed her legal internship at Köksal Law Partnership in Istanbul and Göksü Safi Işık Law Office. In December 2023, she obtained her license to practice law.
She is proficient in English and German at an advanced level.
She has experience in contract preparation and regulation, the Personal Data Protection Law, Immigration Law, and Labor Law.
