Öznur Çobanoğlu was born in 1995 in Antalya. She completed her primary and secondary education in Antalya and graduated from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Çankırı Karatekin University in 2018. After completing her undergraduate education, she worked in the enforcement follow-up department.
