Intern Lawyer with Russian Language Proficiency
We are currently seeking an intern lawyer who is proficient in Russian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling legal processes in Russian, providing simultaneous interpretation, and contributing to our firm’s international operations. General Qualifications
- Graduated from a Faculty of Law,
- Open to learning, disciplined, and results-oriented,
- Knowledgeable in legal regulations and open to research and development,
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork-oriented,
- Skilled in time management, planning, and organization,
- Proficient in Russian at an advanced level,
- Competent in using MS Office programs.
Job Description
- Assisting the litigation or enforcement lawyer during the internship,
- Monitoring legal processes at courts and administrative authorities,
- Preparing case files, conducting necessary research, and drafting correspondence,
- Tracking hearing dates and attending meetings with litigation lawyers,
- Participating in client meetings and negotiations,
- Providing effective simultaneous translation during meetings or discussions between the client and the founding lawyer,
- Actively participating in the initiation, monitoring, and conclusion of enforcement proceedings,
- Attending court hearings within the limits of authority specified in the Attorneyship Law,
- Conducting work in accordance with Güneş & Güneş Law Firm procedures,
- Providing regular reports on file tracking and client relations,
- Adhering to office procedures, including cost savings, data security, file organization, and client communication.
